01 / THE BRIEF

Tell us what you need

Everything you send goes straight to our own systems and to the Microsoft 365 mailbox. No third-party form service sits in between, and nothing is passed on.

What to include

None of this is required. It just makes the first reply more useful than a request for more detail.

  1. What you want to build or fix, in your own words.
  2. Any website, system, or tool you already have, and what is wrong with it.
  3. Roughly when you need it, and anything driving that date.
  4. Whether you have a budget in mind. A range is enough, and it is fine if you do not.

Please do not put passwords, banking details or ID numbers in this form. If we need access to something, we ask for it on the telephone.

02 / WHAT FOLLOWS

What happens next

  1. We read your message ourselves. Not a bot, and not a queue.
  2. We reply. Enquiries are answered in the order they arrive, during South African business hours.
  3. If it looks like a fit, we suggest a short call or a few follow-up questions to understand the real shape of the work.
  4. You get honest next steps: a proposal from us, or a straight pointer to someone better suited. There is no cost and no obligation to any of this.

Who we work with

We work with small businesses, home owners, founders and growing companies across South Africa, anyone who wants technology that fits how they actually live and work. Typical projects are websites, audits of how a domain, DNS, email and hosting are set up, the hosting and domains themselves, business email on Microsoft 365, and the occasional small workflow that removes a repetitive job. Not sure whether your idea fits? Send it anyway. We will tell you honestly.

04 / VERIFICATION

How to know it is really us

Because our name is public, it helps to know how we actually get in touch. We only ever email from our own unlsol.co.za address, and we will never ask you to pay into a personal account or rush a payment through a link. If you have received a quote or invoice and want to be sure it came from us, our working-with-us page explains how we handle proposals and payment, or simply reply and ask. We are always happy to confirm.

Unlimited Solutions Enterprise is a South African studio. We use your details only to answer your enquiry, handle them in line with POPIA, and never sell them. Your email reaches our own mailbox directly, with no third-party form processor in between. See our privacy notice for the specifics.
