01 / THIS WEBSITE
This website
The website is intentionally simple. It sets no cookies, and uses no analytics, advertising or audience-measurement trackers of any kind.
The contact form on this site sends what you write to systems we operate ourselves: a record is stored in a Cloudflare database, and the message is delivered to our Microsoft 365 mailbox. *No third-party form-processing service receives your enquiry.* You may also simply email us instead, which reaches the same mailbox.
The form loads one third-party script, Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting rather than an automated program. It is not a tracker and does not profile you. We chose it because the usual alternative, a puzzle you have to solve, is difficult or impossible for many people with disabilities. It is the only third-party script this website loads.
We previously used Basin, a third-party form-processing service, to receive contact form submissions. That service was retired, the old form was removed on 6 August 2026, and nothing is sent to it any longer.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which acts as our hosting and content delivery provider and processes connection information such as your IP address in order to deliver pages and protect against attack. Cloudflare handles that under its privacy policy.
02 / YOUR INFORMATION
Information you choose to send
When you contact us, your email address, message, attachments, and any other information you include may be used to respond, understand your enquiry, assess project fit, prepare a proposal, deliver agreed work, and maintain appropriate business and legal records. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents, or other highly sensitive information unless we have agreed on a secure method and there is a clear project need.
03 / AI-ASSISTED WORK
AI-assisted work
AI tools may support research, planning, writing, design, development, testing, automation, and other project activities. The tools and data-handling approach relevant to a client project will be discussed in the project scope or proposal when necessary. We aim to limit client information to what is reasonably required for the task, but third-party service providers process information under their own terms, privacy policies, settings, and retention practices.
04 / PUBLIC INFORMATION
Public information and AI training
Information published on a public website, social platform, directory, or other open source may be accessed, indexed, copied, or used by search engines, archives, AI providers, and other third parties. Unlimited Solutions Enterprise cannot promise to prevent third parties from collecting public information or using it to develop or train AI systems. Clients should not publish confidential, private, or commercially sensitive information if they do not want it to become publicly available.
05 / RETENTION
Sharing, storage, and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed for communication, file storage, hosting, project delivery, security, accounting, or AI-assisted work.
*Enquiries sent through the contact form are kept for twelve months*, then deleted automatically. Each record carries its own deletion date from the moment it is created, so the period is enforced rather than promised. Enquiries you email us instead live in our Microsoft 365 mailbox and are retained for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, project, business relationship, record-keeping, security, dispute resolution, or applicable legal obligations.
Some of your information is processed by service providers outside South Africa as part of how we run our business, including accounting records held with Zoho. *Contact form enquiries are stored in a Cloudflare database located in the European Union*, because Cloudflare offers no South African location for it. We chose the European Union deliberately, so that where your enquiry is held is a defined place under a known data-protection regime rather than an unspecified one. Where information is processed outside South Africa, it is covered by a data processing agreement requiring the same standard of protection South African law requires of us directly.
Submissions held by our former form provider fall away with that service retirement; anything we had already received by email is retained on the same basis as any other enquiry.
06 / COOKIES
Cookies and measurement
This website sets no cookies at all, and it uses no analytics, advertising, or audience measurement of any kind. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why you are not asked to. If measurement or other data services are ever introduced, this notice will be updated before those tools are enabled.
The one third-party script this site loads is the anti-automation check on the contact form, described in section 01. It is not measurement and does not track you across sites.
07 / YOUR CHOICES
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold in connection with your enquiry or project and request an appropriate correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained where the law, security, financial record-keeping, or an active dispute requires it.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you may complain to us directly using the Information Officer details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa, and you do not need our agreement to do so.
08 / INFORMATION OFFICER
Information Officer
Unlimited Solutions Enterprise has a registered Information Officer, as required by the Protection of Personal Information Act. Our Information Officer is registered with the Information Regulator of South Africa. Requests about your personal information, and any complaint about how we have handled it, can be sent to privacy@unlsol.co.za. We aim to acknowledge these promptly and to tell you what we are doing about them.
If you believe information has been exposed by a fault on this website, report it to security@unlsol.co.za. That route is read as a security matter rather than a general enquiry, so it does not wait behind other mail.
For anything that is not a privacy or security matter, including new project enquiries, please use projects@unlsol.co.za.
