This section carries the information section 43 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 asks a supplier to make available on its website. These are also the details to check any quote, invoice or message against before you act on it.

Unlimited Solutions Enterprise is a private company registered in South Africa with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission. It has no employees and is operated solely by Eduard V van Deventer, its Chief Executive Officer.

Its registration number is 2026/012996/07, and its place of registration is the Republic of South Africa.

Its registered office, its postal address, and the physical address at which it will accept service of legal documents, are all 1 Marina Drive, Marina Beach, Margate, KwaZulu-Natal, 4281.

No price is published on this site. Each project is quoted individually in writing, and that quote states the full price, including any other costs, before anything is agreed. Payment is by electronic funds transfer to the bank account named on our invoice, which is always in the name of Unlimited Solutions Enterprise, and never to any other account.

The written quote and agreement for a project state when the work will be delivered, and, where a service runs on an ongoing basis, how long it runs for. Your own record of the transaction is the email confirming your enquiry, the quote and agreement you sign, and the invoices we issue; ask us at info@unlsol.co.za if you need another copy.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, the deposit is not refunded, because it covers the work already done and the time held for the project. Anything paid beyond the deposit is refunded less the value of the work completed, set out in writing. If we cancel, you pay only for the work completed and the rest is refunded.

Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, a consumer may cancel a transaction concluded electronically within seven days, without reason and without penalty, and any payment already made is refunded within 30 days. That right falls away once we have begun the work with your agreement inside those seven days, which is normally what happens when a deposit is paid. Rights under the Consumer Protection Act, where it applies, are not affected.
